We aim to make your child’s time at Filleigh School happy and successful. We believe that children learn best when they feel secure, so at Filleigh School our first objective is to make children feel settled when they join us.

Opening Times

We are open from 8.50am until 3.30pm every weekday during term time.

Our sessions are as follows:

09.00 - 12.10   Morning Session

12.10 - 13.10   Lunch

13.10 - 15.30   Afternoon Session

Fees

Our charges from the 21^st April 2026 are:

3 and 4 year-olds: £5.65 per hour

The closing dates for applications for the Preschool intake are:

22^nd May 2026 for places in the Autumn Term (September 2026)

23^rd October 2026 for places in the Spring Term (January 2027)

12^th February 2026 for places in the Summer Term (April 2027)

You can apply after these dates, but your application may not be considered until after all the applications that were on time. If you couldn’t apply before because, for instance, you moved to this area, you should make sure that you inform the school. If the reason for applying after the closing date is accepted, your application will be considered at the same time as everyone who did apply on time, if this is still possible.
